QC2 Mode

The "QC2 Mode" serves as the conclusive quality control inspection phase conducted by the Utility Arborist. In this mode, the Utility Arborist can thoroughly examine work particulars and make status updates, marking it as "QC 2 Pass" to signify a successful final inspection or "Rework" if further work or corrections are deemed necessary.

Open a Work Group to begin QC

1. Click the Work Group tab from the home screen

2. Search for the target Work Group The search bar can be used to filter for Work Group ID, Region, Due Date, Crew Organization, GF, Status, Work Group Type, Voltage, or Priority.

3. Select the Work Group to view the details and begin your QC inspection

4. From the Work Group Details view you can see information about the Work Group including a count of tasks by status. You can also update the status of the work Group to Complete once the QC faze has been fully completed.

5. Once your ready you can Click Next to enter into the Work Group to review the work

Work Tasks  tasks in the status of 6 - Rework, 7 - Complete, 8 - QC 1 Pass, and 9 - QC 2 Pass are visible in the QC 2 Mode. The primary task at hand is to review 8 - QC 1 Pass and move to either 9 - QC 2 Pass if the work is satisfactorily completed or 6 - Rework if more work is required. 

1. Select the Tasks tab

2. Search for tasks in the list or map navigation and click on the record or feature

Tip: The search bar can be used to filter on Work Task Description, Work Task ID, Crew Leader, or Property Address. This can help to reduce the tasks listed and increase efficiency when using list view.

3. Click the pencil to see details of the task

4. From the details of the work you can update QC2 information and Notes as well as update the status to QC 2 Pass or Rework

   Alternatively you can select to highlight multiple tasks at once while in list view  and use the bulk update button for QC 2 Pass or Rework
