Work Spans Tab

Once a work assessment is created, users can view and assign Span Tasks to a Work Assessment in the Work Spans Tab (see section 3.3.6. on how to create an assessment). Here, the number of spans that can be assigned to the Work Assessment are listed under “Available Spans”. The quantity of Available Spans is determined by the amount of spans in the underlying Work Territory. If a span is added as a span task to a Work Assessment, that span will no longer be available for assignment in the “Available Spans” tab.

Once spans are selected, hit the “Create tasks” button to create the Span Tasks.
