Committed: A user manually enters the number of “committed employees.” This is done by left clicking on the number. Once clicked, the Edit Commit pop-up appears and the user can type the number of committed employees. The number can be entered for any level within the organization (on the left) by expanding the different levels. (The levels can be expanded by clicking the triangle next to the level.) Click the Save button after any changes.
Called: The number called is auto-calculated by the system as callouts are conducted and is the actual number of employees called (not the number of calls to employees). This field cannot be modified.
Accepts: Accepts are auto-calculated as callouts are associated with the role. However, this field can be manually updated by an ARCOS user by left clicking on the number. Once clicked, the Edit Accepts pop-up appears and the user can type the number of accepted employees. The number can be entered for any level within the organization (on the left) by expanding the different levels. Click the Save button after any changes.
Note: Currently, there is not a way to view the associated callouts from the dashboard itself.
Note: Totals for the lower levels are not rolled to the upper levels.
