Associating Callouts with a Dashboard

Once a dashboard has been created and configured, you can begin to associate callouts to it.

Note: A callout can only be associated with one dashboard and a sub-callout can only be associated with a single role. Multiple roles can still be represented on one callout for the same dashboard.

To associate a new callout with a dashboard

1. Go to the callout create page.

2. Select the SOS callout type.

3. Fill out the callout information.

4. Select the dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown.

   

5. Select the rosters to be called.

6. Click the Submit button. The Manual Bypass Page displays.

7. Select the role the sub-callout is associated with from the Dashboard Column dropdown.

   

8. Click the Initiate button.

Associating an Existing Callout with a Dashboard

1. Locate the callout and navigate to the edit page for the callout.

2. Select the dashboard from the Dashboard dropdown.

   

3. Select the role the sub-callout is associated with from the Dashboard Column dropdown.

   

4. Click the Save button.
