The dashboard below is for a storm event on 5/12 and shows different organizations within the company (going down the left hand side). The organizations listed were added based on extended attributes that are currently assigned to employees.
To configure the rows on a dashboard
-
Click the plus sign on the Organization header. This field will be different based on the text entered in the Row Term textbox, under settings. The Add Row to Dashboard pop-up displays.
-
Select the value of the attribute to report on from the pop-up.
Note: The pop-up only displays values that are currently assigned to an employee for the extended employee attribute selected for the Row Attr 1 dropdown, under settings.
-
Repeat step 2 to add additional rows.
-
Click the plus sign next to a row to add a sub-attribute value. The Add Row to Dashboard pop-up displays.
-
Select the value of the attribute to assign it to the selected row attribute 1.
Note: The pop-up only displays values that are currently assigned to an employee for the extended employee attribute selected for the Row Attr 2 dropdown, under settings. Once a value for the row attribute 2 has been assigned to a row attribute 1, the value will no longer be available to assign.
-
Repeat steps 4 and 5 as needed.
-
Click the Save button (looks like a floppy disk).
