To create a new dashboard

Click the Performance Dashboard button on the Reports tab.

Click on the plus sign in the toolbar. The New Dashboard pop-up appears.

Type the name of the dashboard in the dashboard textbox.

Click the OK button.

Click the dashboard Type field. The Dashboard Type pop-up will appear.

Type a description of the dashboard in the textbox.

Click the OK button.

Select a dashboard start and end date/times. This is used to determine which callouts the dashboard can be assigned to.

Click the Save button (looks like a floppy disk).
To set a dashboard’s settings

Click the Settings button (looks like a gear). The Dashboard Settings pop-up displays.

Type the name of the rows (what the rows represent) in the Row Term textbox. This would be how accepts will be grouped.

Select the extended employee attribute that will be the first attribute to filter employees by from the Row Attr 1 dropdown.

Double click in the Row Attr 1 Color field to open the color picker and select a color - OR -

Type the name of a color in the textbox.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for Row Attr 2 and Row Attr 3, if being used.

Type the name of the columns in the Col Term textbox. This is what the positions being filled are called but not the positions that are being requested; e.g. “Roles.”

Set the thresholds for the filled percentages.

Click the OK button. The Dashboard Settings pop-up closes.

Click the Save button (looks like a floppy disk).
