Once you save a report that you wish to run again, you can schedule a time for the report to run by following the instructions below.

Navigate to the Saved Reports page by selecting the Reports tab and then the Saved button on the Reports page. The Saved Reports page displays.

Click the sched link in the Actions column for the report you wish to schedule a run time. The information for the selected report displays.

Select the Mode and Pattern in which you would like the report to run from the drop-down.

Enter a Run Time; the Run Time needs to be in 24-hour format.
Note: If your company spans over more than one time zone, the report will be e-mailed to the recipient at the selected time based on their home location time zone.

Select the type of e-mail device the report will be sent to.
Note: E-mail devices can be set to receive either Condensed or Full versions of e-mails on the Employee page.

Select the way that the HTML Content is sent, in-line or as an attachment.

Click Save.
Note: A report can be sent to recipients before the scheduled time, by clicking the send button on the Saved Reports page.
Remove Scheduled Setting for a Report

From the Saved Reports page, click the sched link for the report that needs to be un-scheduled.

Click the Un-Schedule button on the Saved Reports Schedule page. A pop-up displays asking to confirm your selection.

Click OK.
Note: Employees are automatically removed from the Recipient List when the report is un-scheduled.
