Scheduled/Batched Reporting Intro

Scheduled/Batched Reports work in conjunction with the Saved Reports feature. Scheduled/Batched Reports are reports that have been saved in ARCOS and have a scheduled run/send time and a list of recipients to whom the reports are sent; thus eliminating the need for supervisors and management to log into ARCOS to view reports. The figure below depicts the Saved Reports Schedule page, which is used to setup and change a Scheduled Run Time.

Item	Description
Mode/Pattern	The Mode and Pattern fields work in conjunction with each other. The Pattern display is different for each Mode.
	Daily: Selecting Daily allows an incremented number of days for the report to run. For example, the report can be set to run every 2 days.
	Weekly: Selecting Weekly allows selected days of the week on which to send the report. For example, the report can be set to run every Monday and Thursday.
	Monthly (by Date): Selecting Monthly (by Date) allows a specific date each month that the report runs. For example, the report can be set to run on the 1st of every month.
	Monthly (by Day of the Week): allows the selection of the week number of the month and the day of the week. For example, the report can be set to run on the 2nd Friday of every month.
Run Time	The Run Time is the time that the report runs on its selected date(s). Run Time is displayed in 24-hour time. For example, 8:00 PM would be 20:00.
Next Run Time	The Next Run Time field is auto-filled in by ARCOS. This is the next scheduled run date and time for the report.
Last Run Time	The Last Run Time field is auto-filled in by ARCOS; this is the last time the report was run this includes the Scheduled Run Time and a forced send.
# Recipients	The # Recipients is the number of employees who are a recipient to the selected report.
E-mail Devices	The E-mail Devices drop-down allows the selection of which type of e-mail device the report is sent to. (An employee’s e-mail address type can be modified from the Employee Modify page.)
HTML Content	The HTML Content drop-down allows the selection of the format in which the report is sent. In-line: If In-line is selected, the report is sent in the body of the e-mail. As Attachment: If As Attachment is selected, the report is sent as a HTML attachment.
