The Resource Availability Report for Configured Classes shows a breakdown by configured classes as defined in Roster List Ordering. The report summarizes available resources at a point in time and links to the associated details.
Note: If less than 61% of a class is available at the selected time, the row will be highlighted in yellow. If less than 30% of a class is available at the selected time, the row will be highlighted in red.
Note: If running the Resource Availability Report by Configured Class for a date/time in the past or the future, ARCOS will pull employees based on the roster assignments "now" and not the selected time. ARCOS will still pull schedule information for the employees for the selected date/time.

Op Center: Level 3 location.
Location: Level 4 location.
Primary Class: Primary classification.
Total: Total number of employees in this classification and location.
Avail: Total number of employees in this classification and location who are available.
Working: Total number of employees in this classification and location who are currently on working status.
Out of Town: Total number of employees in this classification and location who are currently on Out-of-Town status.
Rest: Total number of employees in this classification and location who are currently on Rest status.
Vac: Total number of employees in this classification and location who are currently on Vacation status.
Sick: Total number of employees in this classification and location who are currently on Sick status.
Other: Total number of employees in this classification and location who are currently on any status other than those listed.
% Reachable: The total number of employees on any status listed other than Working divided by the Total employees.
Detail: A link to a list of names of the employees in the selected Level 4, along with their current status, start and end.
To Generate a Resource Availability Report for Configured Classes

Click the Other Reports button on the Reports tab. The Other Reports selection screen displays.

Click the Resource Availability button. The Resource Availability Report setup screen displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division,and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

Select a date from the Calendar Picker.

Select Callout Class(es), if desired.
Note: You can click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple classifications.

Click to select Include All Rosters in Chain?.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.

Click detail to view the detail associated with any of the Configured Classes.
