The PUC Callout Report allows users to quickly see the high level details of closed callouts by location for the specified time period. The details include: the number of callout events, average time it takes callouts to fill, average time it takes individuals to accept callouts, total number of employees requested, the number of positions filled and the percentage of how many requested positions were filled.

Month: The month the callout took place.

Parent Company: Depending on the Group by Level that was selected prior to the report being generated; this will either be the level 1, level 2, level 3 or level 4 location of the callout.

# Events: The number of callouts within the category.

# Req: Number of employees requested.

# Filled: Number of employees who accepted the callout.

% Filled: The percentage of employees who accepted, divided by the number of employees requested.

Ave Co Time: The average time per sub-callout, going from the start of the first outbound call until the end of the last outbound call, plus a pager delay time if one occurred.
Note: This time does not include the time between attempts. E.g. Attempt 1: duration 12 minutes (from first call (14:30) to last call (14:42)). Then callout is resubmitted after 30 minutes. Attempt 2: duration 10 minutes (from first call (15:42) to last call 15:52)). The duration for the callout is 22 minutes.

Ave Indiv Time: The time from the start of the call to an individual's first device until the end of the call to their last device, plus any delay time, such as pager or chain delay.
To Generate a PUC Callout Report

Click the Callout Summary button on the Reports tab. The Callout Summary Reports selection screen displays.

Click the PUC Callout Report button. The PUC Callout Report setup screen displays.

Select Parent Company, Business Unit, Division, and OpCenter locations for inclusion in the report.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions or OpCenters.

Select the Start and End dates for the report using the Calendar Picker. The Date picker remembers your settings for multiple reports during the current session, but resets when you logout of ARCOS.

Click the corresponding Breakdown Range Type radio button to specify how the callouts are counted: quarter, semiannual, annual or no breakdown (None).

Select Callout Types and/or Callout Reasons, if desired.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple items within the pick list.

Click the grouping radio button in the Group by Level section to specify how the callouts are grouped: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 or Level 4.

Click the Bargaining Unit Preference radio button for the types of callouts to include in the report: Bargaining Units Only, Non Bargaining Units Only or All.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
