The Performance Standards Report displays the employee's fill rate (availability) information for the evaluation period. The evaluation period is established in System Administration. When the report is generated, the employee row will display in a red, orange, yellow or green background based on the following:

Red: Employee Fill Rate percentage is <50

Orange: Employee Fill Rate percentage is >= 50 and <65

Yellow: Employees Fill Rate >= 85 <80

Green: Employee Fill Rate is >=80

Name: Employee Name

Area: Employee Level 3 location

Op Center: Employee home location (Level 4)

Class: Employee Job Classification

Status: Employee Status (Active, Delete, Inactive)

Worked: # of callouts worked for the evaluation period

Not Worked: # of callouts not worked for the evaluation period

Total: Sum of Worked and Not Worked

Percent: Worked divided by Total

Link: Link to the Fill Rate report for the employee
To Generate a Performance Standards Report

Click the Fill Rate (Availability) button on the Reports tab. The Fill Rate Reports selection screen displays.

Click the Performance Standards button. The Performance Standards Report setup screen displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division, and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

Select the desired evaluation period from the Evaluation Period dropdown.

Select Classifications, if desired.

Check the Include Deleted Emps? checkbox to included deleted employees in the report.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
