The First Pass Free Report shows how many accepts/free passes were given on the first call and how many attempts/declines were given on the second call and can be sorted by date, location, etc. ARCOS generates a report for the entire company and shows the total response rates for Voluntary Pass verses Chargeable Pass. Using First Pass Free, the first effective attempt for a callout is voluntary and not charged.
The First Pass Free Report is structured similarly to and uses the same Search and Select criteria as the Availability by Company Report. It also includes four columns of First Call Free statistics (Accepts, Excused Due to First Call Free, Total, and First Call Free Availability) and four columns of Chargeable Pass statistics (Accepts, Charges, Total, and Chargeable Pass Availability). These statistics are sub-totaled and totaled at the appropriate organizational levels, based on the Search criteria.

Locations: The Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 location.

Class: Roster lists included in the callout.

First Pass Free:

Worked: Number of employees who accepted the callout on the first pass.

First Pass Free: Number of employees excused on the first pass.

Total: Total calls, accepted and excused, on the first pass (Worked + First Pass Free).

Percent: Percentage of callouts accepted on the first pass (Worked / Total).

Chargeable Pass:

Worked: Number of callouts accepted when chargeable.

Not Worked: Number of callouts not accepted when chargeable.

Total: Total calls, charged and credited, when chargeable (Worked + Not Worked).

Percent: The percentage of callouts accepted when chargeable (Worked / Total).

Note: This report only displays closed callouts.
To Generate a First Pass Free Report

Click the Availability button on the Reports tab. The Availability Reports selection screen displays.

Click the First Pass Free button. The First Pass Free Report setup screen displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division,and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

Select the Start and End dates and times using the Calendar Pickers.

Select a Classification.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple classifications.

Select Callout Types and Callout Reasons, if desired.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
