This report summarizes an employee’s schedule exception history. Sometimes, dispatchers and schedulers need to know how many employee “opt out” exceptions that an employee has used within a particular date range, or perhaps how many sick days, or union business hours an employee has been scheduled for. This report allows users to quickly gather that kind of information. The report generation screen includes a location selector and date range selector. The end date defaults to NOW (the current date) and the start date defaults to the previous day. All exception types, except for Working-Normal Shift are included in this report. All columns are sortable and the report can be exported to a CSV file.
See here for a definition of the columns in this report.
