This is a custom report, so not all companies have access to the report. The Clockout Report shows employees who were auto-released by ARCOS at the start of their next shift. It also shows the number of excused callouts an employee received during the exception record. Only closed callouts are indicated. You can search across multiple locations and by date range. The Detail takes you to the detailed information for that record and Link takes you to the schedule record. You can sort by any of the columns in this report by clicking on sort in the column header.

Start Date: Start time of the exception.
End Date: End time of the exception. This is the time ARCOS auto-released them from the record.
Duration: The total time the employee was on the exception.
Name: Name of the employee.
Classification: The employee's primary class.
Exception: The exception the employee was auto-released from.
Shift Name: The name of the employee's assigned shift for the effective week.
Office: The employee's location.
NumExc: Number of callout the employee received an excused result for due to the reported exception.
To Generate a Clockout Report

Click the Other Reports button on the Reports tab. The Other Reports selection screen displays.

Click the Clockout Report button. The Auto-Released Clockout Report setup screen displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division,and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

Select Start and End dates from the Calendar Picker.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
