The Callout Comparison Report gives companies the ability to compare statistic on a callout-to-callout basis. The data displayed on the Callout Comparison Report is a combination of times from the callout in ARCOS and times that are sent to ARCOS via web service request from the customer's OMS.

OMS Ticket #: The OMS ticket number for the callout that was entered by the dispatcher.

Callout ID: The ID for the callout.

Type: The type of callout.

Created Date/Time: The date and time the callout was created.

Crew Area: The location callout was created in.

Callout Start: The time the dispatcher initiated the callout in ARCOS.

Callout End: The time that the requested positions were filled.

# Req: The total number of employees requested for the callout.
-
# Called: The total number of employees who were called for the callout.

# Filled: Number of positions that were filled. (Number of employees who accepted.)

Dispatch Time: The time the callout was dispatched. (This is sent to ARCOS from the customer's OMS via web service call.)

Enroute Time: The time the crew was enroute. (This is sent to ARCOS from the customer's OMS via web service call.)

Elapsed (mins): The time from the callout end to the callout enroute time.

Arrival Time: The employee's actual arrival time. (This is sent to ARCOS from the customer's OMS via web service call.)

Employee: The employee(s) who accepted the callout.

Roster List: The list of the employee(s) accepted on.

Source: The method used to record the employee's accepted result: outbound, inbound or web.

Est ETA (mins): The accepted employee's ETA they entered when accepting via outbound or inbound.
To Generate a Callout Comparison Report

Click the Callout Detail button on the Reports tab. The Callout Detail Reports selection screen displays.

Click the Callout Comparison button. The Callout Comparison Report setup screen displays.

Select Parent Company, Business Unit, Division, and OpCenter locations for inclusion in the report.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions or OpCenters.

Select the Start and End dates for the report using the Calendar Picker.

Select Callout Types and/or Callout Reasons, if desired.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple items within the pick list.

Click the Bargaining Unit Preference radio button for the types of callouts to include in the report: Bargaining Units Only, Non Bargaining Units Only or All.

Click the search by date radio button in the Search by section to specify how to search for the callouts: Callout Create Date or Work Start Date.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
