The Callout Accepts by Roster report displays employee callout response in terms of callouts worked and callouts not worked based on the search range. This information is organized by roster. The report includes a yes/no column for minimum callout accepts requirement met in current reporting period (Accepts >= 13?). If the employee did not work the required number of callouts or more, the report will display No with a red background. If the employee accepted the required amount of callouts or more, the report will display Yes in a green background.
Note: The Callout Accepts by Roster report does not generate information based only on calls made to the specific roster.

Name: The employee's name. Links to the availability report for the employee.

VRU ID: The VRU ID from the employee page.

Worked: The number of callouts worked based on the search range.

Not Worked: The number of callouts not worked based on the search range.

Total: The sum of worked and not worked callouts based on the search range.

Percent: The number of callouts worked divided by the total number of callouts.

Accepts >= 13?: Displays whether or not the employee has accepted the required number of callouts for the search range.
To Generate a Callout Acceptance by Roster Report

Click Availability on the Reports tab. The Availability Reports selection screen displays.

Click the Callout Accepts by Roster button. The report selector screen displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.

Select a start date from the Start Date calendar picker.

Select an end date from the End Date calendar picker.

Select one or multiple Rosters (optional).

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
