The Availability - On-Call Bonus report is similar to the other Availability Reports. It uses a search criteria selector that includes location selectors, a date range selector, and a primary classification selector. When generated, this report includes only data for Normal and On-Call callout types and is based on the Primary class of the employees. The detail link on the report allows you to drill down into individual employee detail that shows the Normal + On-Call response rate that is calculated as Normal Worked + On-Call Credits Earned divided by Total Number of Normal Callout Opportunities.

Name: Name of the employee.
Headquarters: The employee's location.
Class: The employee's primary class.
Normal Worked: Number of normal callouts worked within the selected search criteria only.
On-Call Worked: Number of on-call callouts worked within the selected search criteria only.
On Call Bonus Credit: Number of on-call bonus credits the selected search criteria, the employee received.
Normal Not Worked: Number of normal callouts not worked within the selected search criteria only.
Total: Total number of callouts that occurred during the period (Worked + Not Worked) within the selected search criteria only.
Percent: Percentage of callouts worked (Worked / Total) within the selected search criteria only.

Click the Availability button on the Reports tab. The Availability Reports selection screen displays.

Click the Availability - On-Call Bonus button. The Availability Report - On-Call Bonus setup page displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division, and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

Select Start and End dates from the Calendar Picker.

Select the Classification(s), if desired.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple classifications.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-Click the Save button, to save the report.
