The Availability and OT Summary Report is a custom report so not all companies have this report. The Availability & OT Summary Report can be used to give a side by side comparison of Availability percentage, OT Hours by paycode, and Callouts Worked verses Callouts Refused.

Vru ID: The employee's VRU ID on the Employee Record.
Name: The employee's name.
OpCenter: The location the employee resides in.
Classification: The employee's Primary Classification.
Yrs Service: The number of years the employee has been in service. This is calculated by subtracting the employee's Seniority Date (from the employee record) from TODAY (the day that the report is ran).
Worked: The total number of callouts worked within the selected date range.
Not Worked: The total number of callouts not worked within the selected date range.
Total: The total number of callouts that were offered to the employee.
%: The percentage of callouts worked. This is calculated by Callouts Worked divided by Total Number of Callouts Offered.
OT HRS Worked: The number of worked hours that have been loaded for the employee within the selected time frame.
OT HRS Refused: The number of hours refused that have been loaded for the employee within the selected time frame.
OT HRS Total: The total number of hours that were offered to the employee. This is calculated by adding Hours Worked to Hours Refused, that were loaded for the employee within the selected time frame.
Note: This report only displays closed callouts.
To Generate an Availability and OT Summary Report

Click the Availability button on the Reports tab.

Click the Availability and OT Summary button. The report criteria page will display.

Select the locations to report on.

Click the Calendar Icon to change the reporting Start Date and End Date.

Select Primary Classifications to report on.

Select the Callout Types to report on, if applicable.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
