This is a custom report, so not all companies have access to the report. The Assessment Period Report provides response rate information on employees an slots them in order, based on the number of callouts they accept. The assessment periods are always January 1 through June 30 and July 1 through December 31 for the response rate calculations. If the employee has not met a minimum callout consideration of 5 accepted callouts, ARCOS then looks back to previous periods and slots the employee into the report based on the assessment period in which they met the callout consideration criteria. It also allows you to specify compliance filters for minimum total callouts and a Max Periods to look back (period limit). You may sort by any of the columns in this report by clicking on sort in the column header.
