The Arrival Time Report is a custom report that is used in conjunction with Bat Phones. The Arrival Time Report is used to give a summary of accepts (with and without arrival times) and the average arrival time by primary class.
Definitions of report columns

Cost Center: The location of the class.

Class: The class being reported.

Employees: The total number of employees within the location/class.

Accepts: The total number of accepts recorded for employees within the location/class.

Acc w/ Arrival: The total number of accepts recorded for employees within the location/class where the employee called the inbound system via bat phone to record their arrival time.
Note: The accepts with arrival time are accepts where the start time of the working record is different than the time of the accept.

Avg Arrival: The average arrival time for all accepts with an arrival time within the location/class.
Note: If the arrival time for an accept is less than or equal to 30 seconds or greater than or equal to 2 hours 30 minutes the accept and arrival time is not included in the average.
To Generate a Callout Arrival Time Report

Click the Callout Summary button on the Reports tab. The Callout Summary Reports selection screen displays.

Click the Arrival Time Report button. The Arrival Time Report selector displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division and OpCenter location from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: You can click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

Select a start date from the Start Date calendar icon.

Select an end date from the End Date calendar icon.

Select Classes, if desired.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
