The User Account Report allows you to see the status of user accounts, including who has and has not verified their account e-mail address. Only employees with web login access are shown in this report.

Name: Employee name (Links to the Modify page for the employee)

Op Center: the employee home location in ARCOS

Class: the employee's primary class

Security: the employee's current security group

Password Set?: does the employee have an established password. This field can return the following:

Y: yes
-
N: no
-
Expired: the password has expired
-

Last Login: the date and time the employee last logged into ARCOS

Has E-mail?: the number of e-mail addresses on the employee profile

Account E-mail: the employee's account e-mail address
-
E-mail Verified: the date and time that the account e-mail address was last verified

Secret Question: has the employee established a secret question. This field can return the following:

To Generate a User Account Report

Click the Other Reports button on the Reports tab. The Other Reports selection screen displays.

Click the User Account button. The report selector screen displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: You can click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

Select one or multiple Callout Classes (optional).

Check the Incomplete Only checkbox display only users who are missing additional information to complete their account. This includes: unlocking the account, activating the account, expired password, no account e-mail address, account e-mail address has not been verified, secret question/ answer has not been set.

Check the Include Secret Question? checkbox to include a column that indicates if the employee has set a secret question/answer.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.

Click on an employee's name to go to the Employee Modify page for the selected employee.
