The Schedule Record Detail Report is similar to the Employee Working page. The Schedule Record Detail Report searches by Location, Classification, and Event Type (Schedule Record Type); this allows supervisors to view how often employees are on a specific exception, when they are put on the exception and how long the exception was. If the Schedule Record Detail Report is ran for multiple locations, then each location will be displayed in its own table on the report.
Note: Clicking the sort button for a column will force all tables to sort by the selected column.
Note: Although activities are not schedule records, they are selectable in the Event Type filter and display when the report is generated.

Name: The employee's name.
Sub-District: The employee's location.
Classification: The employee's classification.
Description: The description on the schedule record.
Event Type: The schedule exception type. (For example, Working Normal Shift, Sick, Working Holdover, etc.)
Cumulative Hrs Worked: The duration of the exception. (If exception is longer than 42 hours then the cumulative hours will be displayed as >24.0)
Start Time: The start time of the exception.
End Time: The end time of the exception.
To Generate a Schedule Record Detail Report

Click the Schedule button on the Reports tab.

Click the Sched Record Detail button. The Schedule Record Detail setup screen displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division,and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

Select Start and End dates from the Calendar Picker.

Select Classification and Event Types, if desired.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.

Note: The Start Time is a link to the Schedule Record Modify pop-up for the selected exception. If an employee has not been released from a working exception the End Time will be displayed as **.
