The Resource Availability Report shows a breakdown by classification of the number of people in various schedule statuses. The report summarizes available resources at a point in time and links to the associated details.
Note: If less than 61% of a class is available at the selected time, the row will be highlighted in yellow. If less than 30% of a class is available at the selected time, the row will be highlighted in red.

Division: Level 3 location.
OpCenter: Level 4 location.
Primary Class: Primary classifications in the Level 4 location.
Total: The total number of employees assigned to the Primary Class.
Avail: The number of available employees assigned to the Primary Class (includes those not on exception).
Working: The number of employees working a callout, scheduled shift, or Holdover.
Storm: The number of employees on a Storm exception.
Out of Town: The number of employees on Out of Town exception.
Rest: The number of employees on Rest exception.
Vac: The number of employees on Vacation exception.
Sick: The number of employees on Sick exception.
Other: The number of employees on Other exceptions.
% Reachable: The total of Available employees and employees who are on a “reachable” exception divided by the Total employees in the class.
Detail: A link to the Resource Availability Report detail that shows employee name, status, start and end date and time of the status.
To Generate a Resource Availability Report

Click the Other Reports button on the Reports tab. The Other Reports selection screen displays.

Click the Resource Availability button. The Resource Availability Report setup screen displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division,and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

Select a date from the Calendar Picker.

Select Classification(s), if desired.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple classifications.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
