The Recap Report, also known as the Morning Recap Report, shows all callouts for affected rosters and who accepted those callouts. You can search across multiple locations and roster, or search by date and/or time range. In this report, callouts are searched by ADD Date, just like the Callout Detail Report search. It also shows, as of the selected END DATE/TIME, all members from the selected rosters who are on any status other than SHIFT. You can access this report from the Callout Summary button on the Reports tab.
Note: Employees will be included in the report if any portion of their exception overlaps the date and time selected when the report is ran.

Callout ID: The ID for the callout.

Type: The type of callout.

Eff. Date/Time: The Work Start date and time.

Construction Office: Level 4 location of the callout.

Additional Info: Contains the callout description, user who created the callout, the selected callout reason and the selected trouble location.

CO ID: The callout ID number.

Class/WG: The classification or workgroup of the employee.

#Req: Number of employees requested.

#Filled: Number of employees who accepted the callout.

Accepted: Names of employees who accepted.

Work Start: Time the employee started working.

Work End: Time the employee stopped working.
To Generate a Recap Report

Click Callout Summary on the Reports tab. The Callout Summary Reports selection screen displays.

Click Recap Report. The Callout Recap Report setup screen displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division, and OpCenter location from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: You can click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, OpCenters.

Select a start date from the Start Date dropdown.

Select an end date from the End Date dropdown.

Select Callout Classes and/or Callout Types, if desired.

Select either Callout Create Date or Work Start Date from the Search By field to determine which date ARCOS will pull callouts by.

Check the Include Holdovers checkbox to include holdover records in the report.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
