The Out of District Callout Activity Report includes information on employees who were included on callouts that are not from their level 3 location or level 4 location (depending on the user's selection prior to generating the report). The report displays as a grid with the selected locations and classes listed on the left most column; this section is called the "Lender Location/Class." The locations (either level 3 or level 4) the employees were called in are listed across the top of the grid; these locations are known as the "Borrower Locations." The totals displayed in the report are the number of employees within the location/classification (on the left) who accepted callouts in the location listed at the top of the column.
In this example of the Out of District Callout Report, two management employees from the Bethlehem location accepted callouts outside of the Bethlehem location. The callouts the management employees accepted were for the Allentown location.
To Generate an Out of District Callout Activity Report

Click the Callout Summary button in the Reports tab. The Callout Summary Reports selection screen displays.

Click the Out of District Callout Activity Report button. The Out of District Callout Activity Report setup screen displays.

Select Parent Company, Business Unit, Division, and OpCenter locations for inclusion in the report.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions or OpCenters.

Select the Start and End dates/times for the report using the Calendar Picker. The Date picker remembers your settings for multiple reports during the current session, but resets when you logout of ARCOS.

Select Classifications and/or Callout Types, if desired.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple items within the pick list.

Click the grouping radio button in the Group by Level section to specify how the callouts are grouped: Level 3 or Level 4.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
