The Longterm Callout Report displays summary callout statistics month-by-month for multiple locations. The report does not contain call detail. The report displays number of events, accepts, calls, people, and percentage of callouts filled. It also reports the number of employees, by classification, that were contacted for each callout.
See below for the definition of each column in this report.
Month: The month for which the data in this row applies.
OpCenter: The Level 4 location for the data.
# of Events: The number of main callout events, not the number of sub-callouts.
# of Req: The number of employees requested for the callout.
# of Accept: The number of employees who accepted.
# of Calls: The number of inbound and outbound calls placed.
# of People: The number of employees called.
% Filled: The percentage of positions filled (Req/Accept).
Classifications: The number of employees in each associated primary classification for the employees in the report.
Ave Co Time: The average time per sub-callout, going from the start of the first outbound call until the end of the last outbound call, plus a pager delay time if one occurred.
Ave Indiv Time: The time from the start of the call to an individual's first device until the end of the call to their last device, plus any delay time, such as pager or chain delay.
Note: This report only displays closed callouts.
Note: To calculate the "Grand Total" Average Callout time: ARCOS adds the times from the start of the first outbound call to the end of the last outbound call for all callouts that meet the search criteria. ARCOS then divides the total by the total number of callouts.
Note: To calculate the "Grand Total" Average Individual Time, for each employee: ARCOS adds the times from the start of their fist outbound call to the employees first device to the end of the last outbound call for their last device for each callout the employee received an outbound call. ARCOS then adds the totals together and divides it by the total number of calls for the selected date range.
To Generate a Longterm Callout Report

Click the Callout Summary button on the Reports tab. The Callout Summary Reports selection screen displays.

Click the Longterm Report button. The Longterm Callout Report setup screen displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division, and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

Select a start date from the Start Date Calendar Picker.

Select an end date from the End Date Calendar Picker.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
