The Employee Activity Report shows a breakdown by location of the ARCOS users and the number of time each ARCOS user preformed certain actions within ARCOS. These action include: logging into ARCOS, creating a callout, creating a notification, changes made on through list maintenance, creating/modifying schedule records, preforming a corrected response. The Employee Activity Report allows users to search by location, date range, and classification. After the report is generated users may also drill down on the number of log ins, callouts created, and notifications created to view more details.

User: The user being reported on.

Classification: The reported user's Primary Class in ARCOS.

Log In: The number of times the user has logged into the ARCOS web application. If a user has logged into ARCOS, the number is also a link to the details of when the user has logged into ARCOS.

Create Callout: The number of callouts the user has created in ARCOS. If a user has created a callout, the number is also a link to the details of which callouts the user created.

Create Notification: The number of notifications the user has created in ARCOS. If a user has created a notification, the number is also a link to the details of which notifications the user created.

List Maint: The number of changes the user has made to a list via List Maintenance. These changes include: adding employees to a list, removing employees from a list, changing the order of employees on the list.

Schedule Records: The number of schedule records the user added or modified.

Note: The last person to modify a schedule record during the time frame of the report is the only one who will have that record counted in the report.

Corr Resp: The number of Corrected Responses the employee made.

To Generate an Employee Activity Report

Click the Other Reports button on the Reports tab.

Click the Employee Activity button. The report selector displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division,and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

Select Start and End dates from the Calendar Picker.

Select the Classification(s), if desired.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Classifications.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
