The Daily Breakdown Report displays daily summary response statistics for locations and classifications.
See below for a definition of the columns in this report.
Date: The date of the detail record.
Day of Week: The corresponding day of the week.
Callout Class: The roster name for which the employee was called out.
#CO: The number of sub-callouts that occurred.
# Req: The total number of employees requested for the callouts.
# Filled: The total number of positions that were filled (Represents employees who called IB but not employees who responded via the Web or via corrected response).
% Filled: The percentage of request that were filled (#Accepted / #Requested).
% Response: The response percentage (# Accepted / # Called [counted by number of employees called, not by number of calls to each employee]).
Avg Dur: The average length of the callout.
Note: This report only displays closed callouts.
To Generate a Daily Breakdown Report

Click the Callout Summary button on the Reports tab. The Callout Summary Reports selection screen displays.

Click the Daily Breakdown button. The Daily Breakdown Report setup screen displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division,and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

Select Start and End dates from the Calendar Picker.

Select a Breakdown Range Type. The default is Normal.

Normal - display totals for the selected date range.

Quarterly - displays the current calendar quarter.

Semi-annual - displays the half of the year based on the End Date set. If your end date is January through June, the report displays the first half of the year, and if your end date is July through December, the report displays the second half of the year.

Annual - displays the calendar year based on the End Date set.

Select the Callout Class(es), if desired.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple classes.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
