The Correct Response Counts Report shows a breakdown by roster classification of the total number of corrections made to responses in a given time period. Columns can be sorted by clicking on sort in the column header.
See below for a definition of the columns in this report.
Parent Company: The Level 1 location (column name varies by company).
Organization: The Level 2 location (column name varies by company).
Location: The Level 3 location (column name varies by company).
Department: The Level 4 location (column name varies by company).
Callout Class: The classification of the employees who were called out. (This field will only have data if corrected responses were given.)
Total Correct Responses: The number of correct responses performed for the location. (This field will only have data at the Level 4 level if corrected responses were given.)
To Generate a Correct Response Counts Report

Click the Other Reports button on the Reports tab. The Other Reports selection screen displays.

Click the Correct Response Counts button. The Corrected Response Counts Report setup screen displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division, and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

Select Start and End dates from the Calendar Picker.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
