How to view Active Users and Clear Filters/End Session

Details

• The “Active Users” page allows ARCOS administrators to view which users are currently logged into the system.
• Administrators have the ability to clear user application filters and/or log a user out from this page.

Solution

Three security options control access to the Active Users page:

• View Active Users: This gives users access to view the “Active Users” page.
• Modify Active Users: grants users the ability to log users out of the system.
• Clear User Filters: This gives users access to clear user filters.

The Active Users icon is displayed at the bottom of the screen

1. Clicking this link opens the Active User details page displaying all users logged into the platform. 
2. Click the End Session button to end a session. Note: If a user has multiple sessions open (such as web and mobile), only the selected session will be ended. You can also click the Clear Filters button to clear any filters the user has applied during the session.
3. Click OK on the confirmation pop-up.
