The Callout Hours Report provides a summary of hours worked on per callout bases for accepted employees. There are links in the summary report that allow you to drill down to see the details of each callouts as well. You can search across multiple locations or by date range based on the creation date of the callout.
Note: This report only displays closed callouts.
See below for a definition of the columns in this report.

Callout ID: The ID of the callout the employee accepted.

Type: The type of callout.

Eff Date: The start date/time of the callout.

Division: The level 3 location of the callout.

OpCenter: The level 4 location of the callout.

Worked or Credited: The employees who accepted the callout along with the number of hours each employee worked.

Not Worked or Charged: The employees who did not accept the callout and were charged as a result of not accepting the callout.
To Generate a Callout Hours Report

Click the Callout Summary button on the Reports tab. The Callout Summary Reports selection screen displays.

Click the Callout Hours Report button. The Callout Hours Report Administration setup screen displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division, and OpCenter location from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: You can click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Company, Business Unit, Division, or OpCenters.

Select a start date from the Start Date dropdown.

Select an end date from the End Date dropdown.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
