The Callout Detail Report provides a great deal of detail about a callout. The summary page, which displays first, shows the callout ID, effective date and time, who created the callout, the callout type, reason, and description, and the Level 3 and Level 4 locations. The callout ID is linked to the original Call Detail Report that shows who was called for the callout, the order in which they were called, the response for each device, and the length of each call. There is a link from each call to the details of that call, including digits pressed, if any, call ID number, and also a link to a recording of the call. You can select more than one Level 4 location to view and also select a date range.
If any employees on the selected roster has an e-mail device defined and enable for callout or notification, ARCOS creates an e-mail sub-attempt. If you use horizontal calling, an e-mail sub-attempt is only created if employees have an active e-mail address in ARCOS and if you use vertical calling, ARCOS creates an e-mail sub-attempt for each employee on the rosters, whether or not the employee has an active e-mail address.
