The Future Employee Modifications report shows all employees within a specified set of locations and date range that have a Scheduled Employee Modification that starts within the time frame. See the Scheduled Employee Modifications section for more details.
Column Descriptions
Name: The name of the employee with the Scheduled Employee Modification.
Curr Sub-District: This is the employee's current Location.
Curr Status: This is the employee's current status within ARCOS. (See Employee Screen Definitions for details.)
Attribute: The record that is being changed. This field will either be Classification or Location.
New Value: The employee's new Classification or Location.
Date/Time: The date and time the change will occur.
Operator: The user who scheduled the change.
State: If the change has already occurred, the employee will be highlighted in gray and this field will say Processed. If the change has not occurred, this field will say Pending.
To Generate a Future Employee Modifications Report

Click the Other Reports button on the Reports tab.

Click the Future Employee Modifications button. The Future Employee Modifications setup screen displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division, and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

Select Start and End dates using the Calendar Pickers.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
