Callout Detail by ID Report

The Callout Detail Report provides a great deal of detail about a callout. The summary page, which displays first, shows the callout ID, effective date and time, who created the callout, the callout type, reason, and description, and the Level 3 and Level 4 locations. The callout ID is linked to the original Call Detail Report that shows who was called for the callout, the order in which they were called, the response for each device, and the length of each call. There is a link from each call to the details of that call, including digits pressed, if any, call ID number, and also a link to a recording of the call. You can select more than one Level 4 location to view and also select a date range.

To Generate a Callout Detail by ID Report

Note: This report lists callouts that occurred during a time period you choose. The callout must be closed in order for it to display in this report.

1. Click Callout Detail on the Reports tab. The Callout Detail Reports selection screen displays.

2. Click Detail by Callout ID. The Callout Detail by ID setup screen displays.

   

3. Enter the callout ID for the callout you wish to view in the Callout ID field.

4. Click Submit. The View Callout by ID report displays.
