This is a custom report so not all companies have it. The Callout Adjusted Report is a modification to the Callout Rollup Report, that shows details about Satisfied callouts
Definition of the columns in this report.
- OpCenter: The location callout was created in.
- Type: The type of callout.
- #Callouts: The total number of callouts created in the listed OpCenter during the selected date range and callout type(s).
- #Req: The total number of employees originally requested for the callout.
- #Req Adj: The number of positions filled that satisfied the callout. (The user clicked OK when asked if the callout was satisfied.)
- #Filled: Number of positions that were filled. (Number of employees who accepted)
- #Calls: The number of outbound calls that were to employees.
- #People: The number of employees called.
- %Filled Adj: This is the percentage of available positions are filled and is calculated by #Filled divided by #Req Adj.
- %Response: The percentage people called and #Filled divided by #People.
- #Callouts Considered Satisfied: The number of callouts that dispatchers stopped and considered Satisfied.
- #Positions Considered Satisfied: The number of employees needed to fill the callout to make it satisfied.
- #Callouts Not Satisfied: The number of callouts not filled and not considered satisfied.
- #Positions Not Satisfied: The number of positions not filled and not considered satisfied.
- #Callouts Timed Out: The number of callouts that had positions still available but not considered Satisfied.
- #Positions Timed Out: The number of positions not filled when the callout auto-closes and the callout was not satisfied.
Note: This report only displays closed callouts.
To Generate a Rollup Report

Click Callout Summary on the Reports tab. The Callout Summary Reports selection screen displays.

Click Adjusted Rollup Report. The Roll Up Report selector displays.

Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division, and OpCenter location from their respective dropdown lists.
Note: You can click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions, or OpCenters.

Select a start date from the Start Date dropdown.

Select an end date from the End Date dropdown.

Select Callout Classes and/or Callout Types, if desired.

Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-
Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
