The Callout History Report page allows you to see the entire history of a callout. This report is similar in concept to the Log Trace report, except that it chronicles changes made to callouts. It allows you to see the history of the callout, including all actions taken by the ARCOS system and the ARCOS user during the callout.

The Callout History Report contains a table for the main callout information and one additional table for each sub-callout that is part of the callout. All tables are organized with the report header, main callout ID information, sub-callout header (one for each sub-callout), and sub-callout ID information.
