RAPD-15305 (ZD 66364) – Additional Availability History Report not showing canceled requests

When selecting to group results by work group, the report did not show canceled availability requests.

RAPD-15468 (ZD 67739/67768) - PTO Banks Not Filtering Correctly

This fixes an issue where the accrual account filter was not correctly filtering the contents of the Past PTO Activity table on the Edit PTO Bank screen.

RAPD-15484 - EVB - Location Admin unable to manually add preferences with the same week

This fixes an issue in the Run Awards page of Enhanced Vacation Bidding where location administrators were unable to manually add multiple preferences with the same week.
