RAPD-15299 (ZD 66739) - EVB - Employee Award Email Incorrect Preference #

This fixes an issue where the incorrect preference number was shown in the email sent to employees notifying them of awarded vacation weeks.

RAPD-15339 (ZD 67043) - EVB announcement link not working

This fixes an issue where the link provided in the EVB announcement (on employee home page) was not working. This has been corrected to now direct the user to the correct EVB bid package/bid round.

RAPD-15440 (ZD 67711) – Auto Approval of PTO Requests Not Checking Accrual Balance

This fix resolves an issue where PTO requests where the employee did not have enough accruals to cover it were automatically approved (when the auto-approve setting was enabled). Now if an employee does not have sufficient accruals, the PTO request will not be approved.

RAPD-15422 (ZD 67525) - EVB - Incorrect PTO Hours Display for 2025 EVB Awards Due to Overlap with 2024

This fixes a display issue in the Edit PTO screen where future vacation awards (made via Enhanced Vacation Bidding) were not being charged correctly.
