Introduction

As a supervisor, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day scheduling changes of your workforce, as well as approving employee requests for time off or shift trades. RosterApps is a tool to help you efficiently and effectively manage your workforce.

Supervisors have eleven tabs in RosterApps.  Depending on the settings for your company/location, all may not be visible:

• Reports

This user guide covers some of the functionality available to you through these tabs in RosterApps. This guide is meant to get you started in RosterApps by covering essential functions but does not include everything that RosterApps can do. Additionally, RosterApps undergoes constant improvement and updating. 

Every organization using RosterApps has different rule sets, which are set by Company Admins and determine how RosterApps functions for different RosterApps users in their workforce. Some of the functions covered in this user guide may or may not be available to you depending on your rule sets.
