Location administrators have the ability to give other people the Schedule Viewer role for their specific location only. The person who you want to give this role to must already exist within RosterApps. In addition, there is also the ability to remove the role from any existing schedule viewer.
To add a schedule viewer to your location:
- Click on the Settings tab
- Click on the Schedule Viewers link
- RosterApps directs you to the Schedule Viewers page, which lists all the Schedule Viewers for the location.
- To add a Schedule Viewer to this location, click the Add Schedule Viewer to this Location link.
- RosterApps directs you to the Find New Schedule Viewer page.
- Type the employee’s name that you want to make a Schedule Viewer in the search bar, then click the blue Search button.
- RosterApps lists all employees in the system by that name under the search bar. Select the correct employee.
- Click the Create button
- Your new Schedule Viewer should now appear in the list on the Schedule Viewers for [Location Name] page.
To remove a schedule viewer from your location:
- Follow the steps above. When the list of schedule viewers appears, find the person you want to remove and click the "Remove" link next to their name.
- A confirmation dialog will appear. Click OK to proceed with removing the selected user or Cancel to not remove them.
- After clicking OK, the user will have the schedule viewer role removed and they will no longer appear in the list on the Schedule Viewers for [Location Name] page.
