Revenue days are used solely by customers who utilize the Time & Attendance feature of RosterApps. This settings page allows the location admin to designate which days during the calendar year should be considered revenue days. A revenue day is a day on which employees are typically paid a premium for working.
To edit the revenue days for your location:
- Click the Settings tab
- Click the Revenue Days link
- RosterApps presents the Edit Revenue Days page
- The current year's date will be displayed by default. To see prior year's revenue days, type in the year in the "Revenue Year" field and select the value.
- Revenue days that fall within payroll periods which have already be run can not be changed or removed so they will appear with a lock icon.
- To add a new revenue day, click the Add New button. RosterApps presents the Add Revenue Day dialog:
- Enter a name for the revenue day and select a date from the calendar picker that will appear when clicking in the Date field. Note that it is only possible to add revenue days for payroll period dates where payroll is not locked. Click the Add button to finish adding the new revenue day or Cancel to not add it.
- To remove a revenue day from the list, click the black X icon next to the day you want to remove. A confirmation dialog will appear:
- Click Yes to confirm the removal of the revenue day.
- When the desired changes have been completed, click the Save button to save the changes. To discard any changes which were made, click the Back button.
