Group Extension Settings

This settings allows the location admin to include employees that have pending time off requests in a group shift extension.  By default, employees who have a pending time off request will not be included when doing a group shift extension.

To update group extension settings:

• Click the Settings tab
• Click the Group Extension Settings link
  
• RosterApps presents the Edit Group Extension Settings page
  
• Check the checkbox if you wish for employees with pending time off requests at your location to be included when supervisors do a group shift extension.
• Click the Update button to save changes.  Click the Cancel button to discard any changes.
