This function allows you to view employee participation in the bid at any point in the bidding process.
To view employee participation level:
- Click the Bid Packages tab.
- Find the bid package that you want to view participation for in the table of bid packages. Click the Edit link in that bid package’s row.
- Click the View Employee Participation Level link .

RosterApps directs you to a page that displays information about employee participation in the bid.

Below is a list of the columns of this table with descriptions.

Employee: The employee’s name.

Seniority Rank: The employee’s seniority rank. This table lists employees in order of seniority, with the most senior employee at the top of the table.

Seniority Rank Rule: The value of the field used to derive the seniority rank. This field is set when creating the bid package.

Slots Available: The number of bid line slots available to the employee when they bid.

Bid Lines Selected: The number of bid line slots that the employee selected.

Awarded: If you have not yet awarded bid lines, this column will be empty. If you have awarded bid lines, this column will have a green check mark in it.

- If any employees show in red in the table, this indicates that the employee did not select enough preferences to match their seniority rank. This may result in the employee not being assigned a bid line during the run assignment process.
- Click the Done button when you are finished viewing the employee participation.
