View Current Assignments

You will only see this text link if you have run the award process, approved and generated shifts, and the shifts in the bid package have begun. If you have run the award process but have not yet approved and generated shifts or the shifts have not begun, you will see a View and Approve Assignments text link instead.

To view current assignments:

• Click the Bid Packages tab.
• Find the bid package you want to view current assignments for in the table of bid packages and click the Edit link in that bid package’s row.
• Click the View Current Assignments link .
  
• RosterApps directs you to a table that displays all of the bid lines in the bid package and which employees are assigned to them.
  
• Use the date selector at the top of the page to change the date of the current assignments you are viewing. If you want to see the assignments that are current on today’s date, enter today’s date in the date selector.
• Click the 'No Scroll Window' checkbox if you want to view all the assignments on a single page using the scroll bar on the browser instead.
• Click the Done button when you are finished viewing the assignments.
