This page allows the location administrator to reset the overtime bank for one or more employees in the selected workgroup. RosterApps does not automatically reset the overtime bank ever, so if the value should be reset at the beginning of a month or year, this is the page which will allow you to do this.
To reset overtime banks for employees:
- Click the Work Groups tab
- Click the blue text link Reset Overtime Bank for Employees next to the work group you want to update
- RosterApps directs you to the Reset Overtime Bank page
- In the ‘Reset To’ field, enter the desired amount to which you want to reset the overtime banks.
- Click on the calendar icon next to ‘Date Effective’ and choose the date from the pop-up calendar.
- If you want to view employees assigned to the work group as of a specific date, click on the calendar icon next to ‘Show employees assigned to the work group as of’ and select the date.
- To filter for only those employees who are active on the selected date, check the box labeled ‘Select only employees active on date selected.’
- In the ‘Select Employees’ section, check the boxes next to the names of the employees whose overtime banks you want to reset. Use the ‘All’ or ‘None’ links to quickly select or deselect all employees listed.
- Once you have made all the necessary selections, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes. If you need to cancel the process, click the Cancel button to discard any changes.
