This page allows for the mass updating of trade group rights for multiple employees. More information about trade group rights as well as updating individual employees can be found here.
To add/remove trade group rights for employees:
- Click the Work Groups tab
- Click the blue text link Add/Remove Trade Group Rights for Employees next to the work group you want to update
- RosterApps directs you to the Add/Remove Trade Groups for Employees page
- Select a date to show the list of employees as of. This defaults to the current date. To show inactive employees, unselect the 'Show only employees active on date selected' checkox.
- Select either ‘Add’ or ‘Remove’ depending on whether you want to grant or revoke trade group rights.
- Select an effective date for the rights to be added/removed by clicking on the calendar icon.
- To add trade group rights:
- From the ‘Available Groups’ list, select one or more groups by clicking on them.
- Click the right arrow button (>) to move them into the ‘Selected Groups’ list.
- To remove trade group rights:
- From the ‘Selected Groups’ list, select one or more groups by clicking on them.
- Click the left arrow button (<) to move them back into the ‘Available Groups’ list.
- In the ‘Select Employees’ section, check the boxes next to the names of the employees for whom you want to add or remove trade group rights. Use the ‘All’ or ‘None’ options to quickly select or deselect all employees.
- Once you have made your selections, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes. If you need to cancel the process, click the Cancel button to discard any changes.
