This setting enables the company administrator to allow locations to include pending time off requests when doing a group shift extension. By default, RosterApps will not extend a shift if an employee has a pending time off request. Note that this setting just gives location admins the ability to turn the setting on or off.
Updating Group Extension Settings
To update this setting:
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Click the blue text link Edit Group Extension Settings
- RosterApps directs you to the Edit Group Extension Settings screen:
- Update the settings on this page to reflect the settings you would wish to apply within your company. Below is a description of each of the settings:
- Allow locations to Include pending time off requests for Group Shift Extensions: Check this box to allow location admins to decide whether group extensions should include pending time off requests.
- Click the blue Update button to save any changes made to the settings. Click the Cancel button to discard any changes.
