Predating Employee Transfers and Manual Bid Line Assignments

This feature enables the company administrator to permit Location Admins to assign dates earlier than the current date for employee transfers and manual bid line assignments.

Updating Predating Employee Transfers and Manual Bid Line Assignments Setting

To update this setting:

• Click on the Settings tab.
• Click the blue text link Edit Predating Employee Transfers and manual bid line assignments
  
  
• RosterApps directs you to the Edit Predating Employee Transfers and manual bid line assignments screen
  
  
• Update the settings on this page to reflect the settings you would wish to apply within your company.  Below is a description of each of the settings:
  • Location Administrators can Predate Employee Transfers and manual bid line assignments: Check this box to allow location administrators to pre-date employee transfers and manual bid line assignments.
• Click the blue Update button to save any changes made to the settings.  Click the Cancel button to discard any changes.
