Message count not appearing in AlertDispatcher

One of the functions in AlertDispatcher is that an indicator showing how many messages will be sent based on the number of individuals and/or groups that have been selected will be transmitted when you click "Send."  

In some instances this message counter may not appear properly, particularly when using Internet Explorer (IE).  This is a peculiarity to that browser and is easily resolved.  

The number of sends is not reported on the right side until the mouse is moved off of the grid. As long as the mouse is on the grid (where you check boxes to indicate which mobile numbers to send messages to) the count will not change. As soon as you go off the grid over to the send messages portion on the right, the send count will appear.
