For example, if you enter 7.00 in this field and an employee clocks out five minutes early for their break, it would not be an infraction. However, if they clock out eight minutes early for their break, it would count as an infraction.
Grace Minutes After Lunch Stop: The number of minutes after a scheduled break that an employee could clock in without it counting as an infraction. For example, if you enter 4.00 in this field and an employee clocks in 3 minutes after they were scheduled to be back from break, it would not count as an infraction. However, if an employee clocked in 5 minutes after they were scheduled to be back from break, it would count as an infraction.
Round All Early In To Schedule: Check this box to round any early clock-ins to the time the employee was scheduled to clock in. For example, if you check this box and an employee that is scheduled to clock in at 8:00am clocks in at 7:55am, RosterApps will round the clock-in time to 8:00am.
Round All Early In Within Grace To Schedule: Check this box to round only early clock-ins within the grace period (set in Grace Minutes Before Start rule) to the time the employee was scheduled to clock in. For example, if you set Grace Minutes Before Start to 8.00 and checked this box, any time an employee clocks in eight minutes early or less, RosterApps will round the clock-in so that it is at the scheduled clock-in time. A clock-in more than eight minutes before scheduled would be processed as an infraction.

For example, say you checked this box and set Grace Minutes After Start to 10.00. If an employee that was scheduled to work at 8:00am clocks in at 8:09am, RosterApps would round the clock-in to 8:00am. However, if the employee clocks in at 8:11am, RosterApps would process that as an infraction.
